Implementation Process

  • Since this was new construction, worked with the trades and architect to coordinate the design, delivery, and installation of furniture so that it worked with the building
  • Evaluated existing furniture assets to determine if they could be re-used or refurbished. We did realize about $50,000 in savings by re-using the systems furniture.
  • Made recommendations for other strategic partners to assist with artwork, plants, signage, and outdoor furniture which gave the customer piece of mind when selecting other trades to work with.
  • Kept evaluating each decision against the vision, mission, and values to ensure that the outcomes represented their new workplace

Results & Impact

  • The result was that the brand and image of the customer were reflected in the contemporary and industrial-light space created.
  • Each office was curated by the user but worked together to create the overall look and feel desired.
  • The culture of the company as a collaborative, bold, aggressive, and forward-thinking home builder was brought represented in their new office space.
