Alliance inherited a space and wanted to avoid major construction, while still offering
employees furnishing choices that felt cohesive. AIR partnered with the interior designer to select furniture families that fit the established look and budget, giving employees flexibility within a unified design.
AIR handled layout coordination, test fits,
procurement, delivery, and installation. They also helped the client display project photos, creating a curated, industrial-contemporary space that reflected the brand’s bold,
collaborative culture.
After outgrowing their space, Aqua Tots sought a brand refresh to reflect their growth as a
franchisor. During the consultation, AIR aligned the design with their mission and values—safe, affordable, and partnership-driven—and
coordinated visits to similar client spaces.
AIR worked with trades and architects to align furniture installation with new construction. By reusing systems furniture, they saved $50K, and connected Aqua Tots with trusted partners for art, plants, and signage. Every decision reflected their vision for a purpose-driven workplace.
